Return and exchange policy Items cannot be exchanged after the customer completes the order. Product replacement or return cannot be accepted if the box is opened or used. Used products cannot be exchanged or returned. Food products cannot be exchanged or returned for safety and quality reasons. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 72 hours from receiving the order. The customer bears the shipping cost when exchanging or returning the order, except in case of proven manufacturing defect in the product, in which case the store bears the shipping cost. The customer can cancel the order before the shipment is sent. In case of cancellation after the shipment has been sent, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer. If the customer did not receive the shipment, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer. If the refund request is accepted, the amount will be refunded within 1 to 14 working days from the date of order acceptance.
